That sign was used like never before this week during and after an event.
Normally closed captions and ASL are a little difficult but this event was impossible to know what was said and by who.
It was just a mishmash of words.

Yeah, I can't see it being used very often, but in some situations it's completely appropriate.
It was difficult to understand that disaster either way.
