Two days ago, when I came home from work my wife asked me.
"Didn't you forgot something yesterday"?
I said: "No, what should that be.... What date was it"?
"Dec 7" she said.

I was thinking for a moment, then I asked: "I don't know, What did I forgot"?
"We have been married for 10 years yesterday".
"Oops, I go and buy a present for you". I said.
When I come back I gave her a "Mars" chocolate bar.


Now it's certainly many who believe I'm writing this from a hospital bed.
But she just looked at the chocolate and said: "Will there be a kiss with that"?

I did that at our 15th. Cost me a new setting for her engagement ring. Recently she remarked that we're beyond 17 years. I snapped back "is that all?"

When my bride turned 40, I told her I was thinking about trading her in for 2 twenty year olds. She made some sort of hand gesture in my general direction, and

emphatically stated: You'd better not do that, you're not wired for 220 !

Congrats on the 10 years.

Funny thing is that I remember dates very well, my wife doesn't. I've handed her an anniversary card & gift and she is like "What's this for?" So if I forget a special date, she definitely has too.

Thats funny.......I just forgot our 7 year anniversary back in Novemeber. Man was she pissed.

I put the important dates like this in the calendar in my cell phone. It has saved me a few times.

My wife and I have an agreement.When we were first dating I told her flat out.I will not remember anything like that,give me a weeks notice.And believe me she does.9 times out of 10 I don't know it my birthday till I am told that day.So at least she knows I am not discriminating.No date is important to me.Got work to do,don't have time for petty details.

Had our 9 year anniversary yesterday, that one I didn't forget.......... we are married twice, Dec 7 and 29.

This all great stuff! I'll have to steal the 220 line...
I cannot forget our anniversary. It's tomorrow night. NEW YEARS EVE!!! 34 years and getting better. We do have a little fun with it though. Whenever anyone asks "how long have you two been married?" I reply, "we've had 8 good years"... Then my wife fills them in with the real yearage.
