Made some incredible ribs on the Pit Barrel Cooker last night. SO GOOD!

They look tasty! Is that a UDS? Mine is a vertical propane smoker, Home Depot special. I was looking into building one from an ATM safe, but figured I needed to learn how to use one first. It's difficult to build something when you don't know how it's supposed to work or what features you'll need. I did 3 racks on Sunday too, still have leftovers.
