The middle of Washington receives very little rain. For every 10 mile you go west of Spokane you loose a tenth of an inch of rain. By the time you're to Moses Lake and the Columbia river it's gettin' mighty dry. So, if you like high desert... come on over. If you like rain then go on over to the coast (Seattle and points west). Me, I kinda like it here.

I was refering to WA as a whole. I know the desert just like Arizona don't get rain.

Those are wonderful pics! Wide open spaces. Will have to visit sometime. I've always wanted to see the rainforest part of the PNW but now I want to see the interior too! Just shows how beautiful and different the USA is as you go from state to state, and even within a state.

What does the DC stand for... Death Capital?


I wonder what I should about the gas tank. I have a spare piece of sheet metal in storage I can use. The duct tape I used before did nothing :P
