Feeler - 2003 AWD Safari camper in MD

Putting out a feeler, as I am not getting much use out of the van due to new baby. Its perfect for someone looking for a dependable van that is mostly camper ready.

2003 AWD GMC Safari with G80 locking differential. 1508xxmi.
Location: Montgomery County, MD

Price? - wife says $7k, but I can't imagine getting that. Though the camper items i could include with it are easily worth $2k

Interior was built out as a camper that can sleep 2 comfortably. Had a custom built bench seat that folded into a bed with storage underneath, but replaced it with an actual 3rd row seat in order to have a legal seatbelt in the back. Changed the layout to have the storage mostly behind the 3rd row seat, but still with additional storage/cabinets/sink on the side.

Completed a 5700 mile cross country road trip last summer with no problems. Crossed over 10,000 ft mountains and went well over 80mph with ease.

Camper buildout is always in transition, but open to including almost everything from the build.

Have 2" overland van lift kit, but not installed. I have a huge list of camper items i could include in the sale, including battery isolator with fuses and wires, ARB awning, fresh water system with lockable inlet and folding rv faucet.

Service records available going back 10 years.

Work done in the past 7500 miles:

New radiator (accidentally poked a hole in old one)
New water pump
New alternator
New battery still under warranty
Auxiliary transmission cooler
Rear heat deleted
Transfer case fluid replaced
All 4 new shocks
Full size spare mounted on matching rim
Fantastic fan reversible vent fan in ceiling
New spark plugs and ignition wires
upgraded factory speakers
Led lighting with dimmer switch.
Windguards on front windows
Lockable fresh water inlet
Swivel base on passenger seat
Folding bike rack that attaches to tow hitch.
Jerry can holders on rear door.
