I found babbit metal in my oil today... So I'm seeing if there is any buying interest for it.
Specs:
1995 Astro CS. 230K on odometer.
stock v6 motor, no audible issues (only know because I changed the oil this morning
Stock tranny, shifts well. No drivetrain issues that I know of
Front brake pads Duralast gold ceramic, changed a few weeks ago. Had new brake lines put in last fall.
Body is somewhat rough. Needs some paint retouching. Was repainted not long ago.
Interior has seen better days... I've done improvements though, including a redo of the door panel mounting.
Has a Kenwood Headunit and New rear woofers. Also has a 1975 Regency CR-202 CB hardwired/mounted, may remove it and antenna for my next ride.
Seats are leather, but the fronts are semi-worn. minus dutch doors, a roof rack, and a few other things I cannot recall, it's a base model.
No steering or suspension issues.
Perfect for a V8 swap (I would myself if I had the tools, time, and knowhow).
