87 astro

i have an 87 astro up for adoption. it is a v-6 auto, no power steering power brakes, am/fm/cd player. daily driver. needs heater core and power steering pump rehung on engine. bracket broke off at pump and two bolts broken off in block. little body damage to pass front corner. wiring for tail lites bad. rigged up to work. i am disabled unable to do all repairs. she needs a good home. she is blue/blue. looking for a 4 door car as daughter will be making us grandparents sometime in july. van was to be a father/son rebuild project but due to the passing of our son (12-22-08) it brings us nothing but tears to see her getting in such run down shape. she still has many more good miles in her. she just needs some body that can keep her up in good condition. son was a member of astro safari. sorry that i can not post pics. i live in the lincolnton north carolina area. reply to [email protected]. thank you in advance.

Here is how I am going to try to help you.Please read your ad as if it was you as the buyer.

The summary states the yr of the van,it's location,with no pic's or details at all,saying the seller needs money and wants to move exchanges of info off site.

So Dj,if it was you looking at the ad,would you buy it??.Honestly,I wouldn't send almost $1,100 to someone I don't really know sight unseen.

I think that AstroSafari.com Needs to send out some email reminders after a person has been inactive on a site for so long, one to either get them to come back and hang with us or to delete their profile.....
