1994 Chevy Astro Van parting out

Postby IowaVdubbers [OP] » May 13th 2010, 11:54pm

I have a 1994 Chevy Astro Van parts up forsale.

Some parts are gone, and some are pending...

fenders, tail lights, turn signals, headlights, grill , doors, windows, barn doors, all seem to be in good shape other than some paint chips, dings or dents.

inside is hashed, but might work for someone that needs one..

email me what you are looking for and I can take a picture of it and price , then let me know if your interested...

We are always looking for VW Air-cooled parts or whole cars for trading...

Hey IowaVdubbers, I need a front end panel bracket if you still got it.

Heres the link to my post in the wanted section to show exactly what I need.

https://www.astrosafari.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=7250

I do need the clip and bolts as well.

If you still have it, shoot me a price with shipping, can pay via money order or paypal.

I also just sent you an email, look forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks!

Re: 1994 Chevy Astro Van parting out

Postby IowaVdubbers [OP] » May 26th 2010, 5:11pm

I'm located near Burlington, Ia. I have a guy coming down from Des Moines tomorrow to pick up some parts. Not sure what all he may take. I have someone else
maybe interested in the engine; they were going to get back with me later in the week, but first come first serve. Other than that, I would entertain a reasonable offer for the whole van. The person I bought it from has misplaced the title. The plates expired in Oct '09. Looks like it will cost them $25 for a duplicate title. I could tell them to not worry about it and just write up a bill of sale, or we could wait till the duplicate title comes, and complete the sale then. Any other questions, feel free to give me a call @ 319-759-8819

Is the control panel complete as far as the wiring, hoses, and "moving parts" are concerned? My panel works great, but its missing the piece that tells the vaccuum which way to go, so I have only air from my vents, no AC, no defrost, no floor.

Your Van is 2wd right? If so, how much for the steering shaft shipping to 53916? Under the hood it runs from the steering column to the steering box. I want a 2wd steering shaft so I can lift my '92 AWD in the future. Thanks! :chevy:

Hi, just found this site yesterday & registered tonight, so pardon if ignorant.

I'm interested in the air-dam/driving lights setup w/ any brackts/bolts. Currently don't have this option on my 1994 EXT.

Needed the heater/a-c control panel, but saw your posts where fan switch is missing (that's part of what my probs are w/mine.

Also interested in the rear door key cylinder/lock assembly if it will work on a dutch door setup w/ the liftgate. Mine's fried & won't open w/ the dash release swith & the lock has finally fallen apart.

My ship2zip is 66219

What condition is the weather seals like around the doors? Also the rubber piece on the top of the rear door frame that rivets to the van body.
