Where does this plug into?

Found this plug just hanging out front pass side. Any ideas where it goes?
Also, where might I find a wiring diagram that shows the large 4 pin power supply connector that sits behind the battery? I have a burnt pin and a completely severed wire on another wire. Hoping/thinking these are responsible for this things issues.
Thanks to posts I’ve read here, I looked behind the battery and found the above issues. Looks like previous owner has checked all other wiring and neglected to check these.

looks like the pigtail for rear heat. even if you don't have it they make the harness with it
