I would go with a stock AD244 145amp.

The ac delco d1-ad244-hd200 alternator is rated at 200 amps but costs about 379 delivered.

I would EXPECT an AC Delco unit to last longer than 3 years like your present one. My question is, why do you need such a high output? 145Amps is a lot of zap, not enough for you?

With the elect fan, also a fan on the tranny cooler, Warn 12000lb winch, I might add a live well for fishing at some point? Just thought bigger is better, lol. Also might add another battery at some point to run the live well and segment it so it doesn't drain the Bat that runs the truck just in case.

Might have jumped the gun. Moved some wires and it seems to be charging. Will have to delve into it tomorrow.

Even better if you don't have to replace the alternator. Fingers crossed.
