can anyone identify these components

I grabbed these from a 94 Astro from PNP and thought they may be for the rear hatch but I can't seem to ID them. They came from under the Passenger side under the dash.

The smaller one is a relay, as I'm sure you already knew. The other one.....not sure. Clean it off and see if there are any numbers printed on it, maybe?
