Starter connections

which wiring is correct? Should the cable (that I made green) from the starter go to the solenoid or to the battery cable.
(Excuse the ugly drawing).

Your green and red are correct in the first drawing.

The second drawing the starter will run anytime the batt is connected.

The smaller blue and red wires. One is the wiring harness power feed. The other triggers the solenoid. I am not sure which is which but one of those should be connected to the battery side of the solenoid.

Then it should be the one I made blue that goes on the Bat cable, it has a big loop. The small red one don't fit on the Bat bolt.

I took it down today and cleaned the contact areas, I put it back like the first pic, (with the blue in the wrong place). Can that change the charging? The Alt guage dropped from 14,5V to 11-12V....

I would say yes. It sounds like that one is charging the batt from the alternator. So with out exciting the field in the alternator it will not charge. Therefore it is correct voltage considering it is running on battery alone.
