94 4.3 CMFI Wont Start Fuel Pump Relay not getting power

I've looked at several other postings regarding a similar won't start problem and checked the firewall fuse links. My Chiltons manual chassis electrical system drawing shows that the fuel pump relay is operated from the VCM on the Dk Grn/Wht wire. With the key on (it'll crank and have spark at the coil) I would think that I should have 12V on the Dk Grn/Wht wire and on the Org, but I don't. The drawing also refers to a "Under hood fuse relay center" with a (ECM B) 10A fuse which I can't find under the hood.
Does any one have any suggestions where else I can look?

Just got this a few months ago to replace my 97 and working on transferring the 3 inch lift over to it.

In the interior to the left of the brake pedal. The fuse panel. In 94 there was no underhood fuse panel.

Thank you! I found the fuse and replaced it, though it looks like it had been replaced before. I'm also posting pictures in my album of the problems I have found.


Including what caused the fuse to blow.


And what I did to try and correct it.
