Newbie question - 93 Astro digital speedo

Hi, I am a newbie on here and hope someone can help with my question?

I have a 1993 Astro with the digital dashboard/clocks which displays speed in Kmh and the odometer is in Km, but when I turn on the ignition I notice that there is also a Mph segment. Is there a way to change the display from Kmh to Mph?

I am in the UK by the way so being able to change it to Mph would be great.

Unfortunately this is a very specific issue, it's unlikely anyone will be able to help unless they've had the same concern. Maybe check your manual?

Yes there is a reset button but this only seems to be there to zero the trip counter

I have found the issue, it seems to be with the E/M button not working, so I'll investigate further.
