Digital clock wiring 1986 Astro

The digital clock in my 1986 Astro stays on all the time, which I understand is a common problem. The clock fuse is unfortunately also the horn relay fuse.

Can anyone tell me what wire coming out of the fuse panel is for the clock? I would like to cut it.

Or should I remove the radio and cut it at the radio? In that case, which wire is it at the radio.

If you cut that wire I think you'll remove the ability of your radio to store presets. You'll have to manually retune to whatever radio stations you want. Probably also loses any presets like bass-treble, front-rear etc.
