How do i unplug this wiring harness plug?

Found some more wire crap jobs in my van from the previous owner, i want to unplug this huge looking plug but the life of me can't seem to move it, looked for clips and everything but can't figure it out

How about that 5 or 6mm bolt head in the center of the connector, first pic.

I loosed that all up but wouldn't move, so i just decided to work on it from there, did the wires the right way, damn how hard is it for those other people?? What where they're even doing down there anyways? you know? Just crazy to me, but nothing seems to be shorting out, spent a good hour looking for any exposed copper, found a couple of wires exposed, but really small so i taped it off with electrical tape. Why chop wires up in a astro

IIRC this is where the wire harness passes through the firewall. Got to unscrew the bolt for that one.
