Well, you can push it by hand across the Mojave desert with no damage. You could push it by mule across the Sahara with no damage to the cat.

But, if you want to push it at speed, you will want to disconnect the drive shaft or risk damaging the transmission. Sam I am.
How many sensors, fuses or computers does a Bw4472 need? Zero.

What do you mean by pushing? Do you mean physically pushing or towing or do you mean pushing how hard you drive it?

Approximately unlimited miles, give or take 1 trillion. Has nothing to do with the catalytic converter.

You could probably drive a block or 2 down the street if you had to. It really depends on what you're trying to do.

About the only things that hurt cat converters is leaded gas, and GM EOS. The EOS (Engine Oil Supplement) is a supplement that GM sold for flat tappet cams used up to the early 90's. It was discontinued for a few years because they found it harms newer style cat converters. I use it in my VW, as it has ZZDP in it (zinc) that helps against cam and lifter wear. Another reason I use it, is because most of the oil companies have taken it out of the oil.
