I went to Toronto this past Sunday to check out the Railway History Museum downtown.. finally found a place to park for 20 minutes or so. When I went back to the van, another Astro/Safari was parked behind mine ( mine is the blue one) basically underneath the City of Toronto sign.. so I had to get a pic..

Cool! How'd you like the museum? Thought about taking my dad there - he's a big railroad fan.

The museum was ok.. some of the things were offlimits.. like the old CP passenger car from years and years ago. I was worried about my van getting towed from where it was so I didn't stay as long as I would have liked. Getting to sit in the driver's seat inside the old CN steam locomotive was a treat, same as climbing into the back of another CN locomotive shell.

Kinda wished VIA would have opened up the Maintenance Centre a flew blocks away.. I would have given my left arm to take a look inside there!

nice to see the Safari's havin' a chat! Looks like a neat place, I plan this summer to go South to some Railyards, mostly been abandoned though. They have a couple museums as well.
