van service

Postby 96 astro [OP] » June 22nd 2010, 10:25pm

found we had a water leak on the van so asked a mate who used to work on these vans in chicago at the airport to have a look
it turned out to be a heater hose and when the water runs out it dripped on to a o2 sensor plug which gave a fault.
so while he had it i asked if he would flush the coolant system and replace the thermostat and a full service inc plug leads..
well got the van back and i feel the price for all the work was well worth the £160.
he now looks after the van for me
