Vibration After Journeys 2" Lift?

Hi there, I installed the 2-3" lift kit from Journeys Off Road last weekend.
Everything went smoothly except for putting a small leak in the radiator when trying to pull out the lower fan shroud. Ended up with about 2" in the front and between 2-3" in the back with the shackle on the middle hole. This was just the basic kit, not the super.

I was driving it for pretty much the first time since the lift and noticed a smooth and low vibration type of sound between about 15-30mph, loudest around 25. I was just in the city, so I did get going much faster. I haven't had the van for very long, and haven't driven it much, but I think this noise is new after the lift.

Has anyone experienced similar? Thoughts/solutions?

lift shackles can change your rear pinion angle. which can cause a vibration if its is out too far. try driving it around 55-65 mph and see if it increases in intensity.
its possible you have a crunchy u joint that is now operating at a different angle causing the vibration also

you should youtube how to measure pinion angle and see if yours is within spec

to fix pinion angle you can get the journeys front spring hangers or install pinion shims on the rear axle

When you "raise" the front of the van,you generally use spacers.When you "raise" the rear, generally you use shackles.So, the angle of the rear drive line usually does not "coincide"with the change. You may spend a lot of time and money, for a minor issue.Most people have researched this before doing any suspension modifications. Never expect perfect after any modifications, such as this.Also, was bad enough that Astros already had issues of vibrations and noises(oil canning comes to mind), so accept your decisions, and could also change better or worse, once you put on the bigger tires/wheels you are lokking at.
