I can take out the three screws to access the light but how do you replace the bulb?

It’s snaps into that cup with the electrical connectors. You push up and twist/pop the housing out. Then there’s a little spot for a small flat head to pop the lens out. No need to take it all apart like that. It can be done while mounted in the van.

Thank you for your response.

I finally got the bulb out with the push and twist. It looks like it's just one piece. The lens is attached, there is no way to pop off the lens.
Looks like I just need to replace the whole bulb unit.

The headliner is out of my van, I installed a roof rack. So nothing is mounted at this point.

Thanks again.

OK, I finally got the bulb out of the housing.

That glass bulb should just pull out of the black socket. If you’re replacing them with T10 leds you will need to trim them down so they fit through the reflector housing.
