S10/15 Leaf Spring Experts - Do These Options Matter?

S10/15 Leaf Spring Experts - Do These Options Matter?

Postby Sparkydog [OP] » October 15th 2020, 12:41am

After reading most or all of the threads on this site that mention "just use S10 rear leaf springs" to lift the rear of our vans, I notice that there are suspension package options that MIGHT translate into differences in the leafs depending on the donor vehicle you harvest your springs off of.

Does anyone know if any of these option codes made a difference to the actual leaf spring package?

Thanks for your input.

Only ones I've used is a 22-687 which fits 1983-1994 S10s. I wouldn't even waste your time with used leaf springs. https://www.sdtrucksprings.com/index.ph ... ts_id=7335

Just like some of our vans came with a different number of leaf springs in the back, definitely could/would have made a difference.
Maybe look up the part numbers on the GM websites and compare.
