Where does this cable mount attach?

I was working on my rear suspension and detached the parking brake cable and managed to forget where it went. I tried bending it around and it didn't particularly want to attach to any of the bolts. Anyone have any insight?

Pretty sure if you search for lower driver's side shock mount - you will see where it goes.
Don't quote me on that one... I'll go look...

Wow - harder to find than I thought - I also tried " astrosafari.com emergency brake line " in g00gull.
Got this - but the year change - careful - the rears are diff - Disc Brakes.

I am fairly sure it goes on somewhere near that side's lower shock mount - bracket...

That pic is of the passenger side of the axle assembly.
That bracket should have a hole in it that fits on the lower shock mounting bolt.
On my '98, it is on the inside end of that lower mounting bolt.

Same here, I just did shocks yesterday on my '99. It goes on the inboard side of the passenger side shock mount, on the outside of the mount so the bolt goes through it first and then through the mount/shock. There's a little tab on mine that holds the bracket in a specific position compared to the mount so it doesn't rotate.

EDIT: Based on the picture you'll also need to bring the cable from routing behind the shock to being in front. You'll have to pull the bottom bolt to put the bracket in place anyway.

I guess this must be different on 2003s? here's mine:

2003-2005 has rear disc, so that's different from his. He's got a '97.
