As for tires, every van is a little different. I put 225/75r16 on my 2005. No lift, mild trimming and hammering. They fit, but there was significant rubbing on the inner fender wells. After a 2+1 lift and adding fasteners, rubbing is mostly gone.

Hey thanks for the link, I’ve read through a couple times it’s great. I’m thinking of grabbing some 235/75/15 AT’s off Craigslist. Hopefully they fill out the wheel wells and I don’t want to get something bigger after...
