Hi

I am new here.

I have a 2003 AWD Astro Van with a 3 inch lift from Journeys. I would like to buy some new wheels for my Astro (maybe similar on the picture). Before I buy new wheels I want to make sure they will fit on my van ! Can someone recommend wheels including the offset measurements and tire size that will fit? I would like to put ALL TERAIN Tires on my wheels. I don't want to run in the problem that the wheels will rub agains my side door!

Thanks

Patrick from California

If only there were a thread dedicated to wheels/tire sizes and offset with pictures for visual reference..

I think I've see the van on youtube. If not it looks very similar. Whatever you decide on, please post back for future posters looking for information and pictures. I started a thread in the wheels/tires section for this reason. Use that thread with your finished product if you don't mind.

Thanks!

Lots of options, depending on how much trimming you are willing to do. I have the 3" lift and am going to add 1" with lift keys. As such, I've settled on Pro Comp 69 with -12 offset and 245/70 or 235/75/R16. I've been reading for months, looking through Instagram, old posts, and always trying to figure out the biggest I should go. I've seen this setup work, but I've got normal gears and am going to play it conservative for this set. I've got a 2003 AWD, on 6 lugs as well. I still want decent mileage because I do commute on occasion with the van, and it's our road trip mobile. If your not in a rush, I'll get some pics when I go home in a few weeks.

Hi

Thanks for your answer. Are you sure the Pro Comp 69 Series wheel with -12 Offset will fit on the Astro? My plan is to go with the wheel too and All Terrain 235/70/R16 Tires. I just want to make sure the Wheel/Tire Set up will work before I will order the parts! HaHa. Would be cool if you can send me a picture of your car. Thanks again.

The rim set you mentioned is the only one Discount Tire has as a fit for the Astro.
