dtc 13. volt readings. o2 part #

Hi . I got dtc 13 on my astro . I belive this code was "no conection to o2 sensor . My wire from o2 to ecm is ok. And when i start up the car the o2 sensor makes 0.121 volts and climbing ..
What value should i have when its ok?
I read there is diffrent o2 sensors , wich one should i get if i need one ?

First, verify that you really need one.

Reset your ECM by disconnecting the battery for a couple minutes, then re-connect. Then check codes, then drive it around for 20-30 miles, check codes again.

It grounds through the bung that it's screwed in to on the Y pipe. Make sure it's clean and seated. And make sure your Y pipe is well grounded.

Replace it, if needed, with whatever the LAP shows as appropriate for your year van. I think you have only one O2 sensor, UPstream of the CAT. They always want to know "Is it upstream or downstream of the cat?".

resetting didnt help.
yeas i only have one , didnt see any ground wire on the exhaust , but i meashured good connection to the ground . i will add a jumpcable to test if theres any diffrence .
any one have the part # for the o2 ?
