Hi guys,

New here, but have always used mymonte.com with a lot of luck when it comes to my other car.

Got a 95 Safari, I had replaced most of the bulbs on my instrument cluster a while ago since a few burnt out. Months went by, now none of them work at all. The lights for my hvac / radio / lifgate etc.. buttons all work fine tho! and the dimmer controls them just fine! Searched around and see a lot of you had issues with dimmer switches and the headlamp switches... could this still be an issue?

Checked all fuses, bulbs, took the instrument cluster out again, no luck yet.

Any help would be great.

Mike.

If the other lamps are operated by the switch, the switch is good. I'd be looking at the gray wire that feeds voltage to the instrument panel. If there's voltage there, then I'd look at the copper patterns on the instrument panel circuit board. It cold be corrosion, or a cold solder joint.
