I was always curious.... why do we have to add these discount codes in the ‘How Did You Hear about Us’ box and not have a specific field for them to be added?

one would think a company as big as rockauto would have special shipping rates like Amazon does. Seems the shipping sucks up all the discounts, add that to the fact that I can go to a laps and get the parts for the same price or even cheaper after adding the shipping to the price on rockautos site. Oh well as my dad used to say nothing is free in life and if it is its probably evil or wrong.

I think Amazon, like some China sellers, shifts it's costs away from shipping and pays for it in some other way. I can buy a screwdriver for $6 and get it delivered today from Amazon. That's not because they get some kind of "special shipping rates". It still costs them to ship that screwdriver. I think they just shift the costs over to something else like their Kindle or streamable movies or some of their other projects.

I saw this a minute ago. Who'da thunk List Price for a seatbelt shoulder pad would be $103?! WoW! Amazing deal! Buy them up now while they are on sale!

I think Amazon offset the cost by pretending they sent me a $100 car cover that never arrived. Insurance probably paid for that.

It fit, but I didn't like the color.

I really love the fact that the guy who did not find aluminum diamond plate sufficient to protect his van from parking lot dings so he covered THAT with bed liner ordered a car cover.....

.... First, what size was that? You would need a gantry to put it over your van,,, and secondly, what are you trying to protect? Maybe it was a Kevlar car cover?

...yea, maybe it was for a car.
