Broken fuse sockets in main block

I have an "86 Astro, there are at least 3 fuse sockets that have the tips broken off and wont hold a fuse. Can these be replaced, or locate the feed wires and install an inline fuse externally? How hard is the whole block to remove and replace with a new one?

Removing the block is difficult, at least for my 89. They made the wires only long enough to install and not a mm longer.

Generally, the terminal on the RIGHT is power. The terminal on the LEFT is load.

But if either side is truly broken off, I can't imagine any other fix other than to replace the block.
