92 astro ..getting a code 43 only when cruising on highway...idles and runs fine.could knock sensor be the issue and if so where is it located?? thanks in advance.

Passenger side rear of the head and drivers side on the side of the head in the rear. There are 2 there a temp sensor and the bigger one is the knock sensor.
have to take doghouse off. rear sensor is easy, grab it with a smaller channel lock and turn. sensor on side of engine - i had to use the blue wrench and get it REAL TOASTY before i could turn it with a BIG channel lock. then it turned easy - gotta break up that thread corrosion or sealant.
dont put them in with a channel lock though!!
