front and rear BUMP STOP worn out, what type should I buy???

My 1997 Astro RWD conversion, I bought it with high milage and just noticed the front/rear bump stops are missing and worn out.
When I google it, there is very limited indication and explaination about what type of bump stops need to be installed.
Does any one have ideas abou it?
I tried to DIY, but failed... better buy them, if they are available on market.

If it were me I wouldn't worry about them. I don't carry much weight and don't play Duke Boys in my van.

They are all over the internet. Stock bump stops are easy enough.
