Rear-end Identification

I am trying to identify a GM 10 bolt rear end. I believe it is from an Astro/Safari. I cannot find any part numbers on the axle tubes, not sure where else to look. I do not know if it is a 7.5/7.6 or something different. I say that because of some identification websites. It has fangs on the top and bottom of the housing. Cover measures about 11.5x10.5, which does not seem to match 7.5/7.6. The only part number I have is off the drum, 14074862, which keeps coming up late 90's Astro/Safari. It measures about 47" between backing plates. It happens to be in a 1963 Falcon, which needs new shoes. I would like more info or ways to id it. I can add pictures tomorrow, if needed.

There is a serial number on the pumpkin used for identification.
Here is a 94 rear end. Is it like it? And a pic of the rear cover. I just woke up so it a tad early for me to lay under mine to measure between backing plates. But I would be glad to do it after I wake up. If nobody else knows off the top of their head.
